| 0:23.6 | It's not so much knowing the calories they should eat or lack of knowledge around nutrition. |

| 0:56.7 | emotionally eating. We've been through different ways of dealing with this, self-compassion being |
| 1:02.1 | fundamental as well as sitting with your feelings and acknowledging that you don't need to act on |

| 1:13.5 | so not just always turning to food for comfort. |
| 1:18.1 | But one of the problems with finding other coping mechanisms |
| 1:23.5 | is that they can actually become a stress in themselves. |
| 1:30.8 | So I'm sure that everyone listening to this will have felt stressed about the fact |
| 1:39.5 | they've not been able to find time to work out. |
| 1:42.9 | And then what was once your coping mechanism to deal with |
