Today is Friday, so it is a Q&A, A and I am pumped because Q&A's are the best. Q&A's are my favorite. Q&A's are my favorite

things to listen to when I listen to other people's podcasts. They're my favorite parts of workshops

and seminars and things like that. But they're also my favorite podcast to do because, well, shit, I just get to answer questions.

And it's such a good flow.

We get to just go on and on and on.

So, guys, if you are not asking me questions and you are listening to this podcast on a

regular basis, you are doing yourself a disservice because I am more than happy to help you

specifically.

In fact, I love helping you specifically. The more specific the questions are, the more in depth I can go, the better I can get into these and the more value I can provide because when you specifically need individualized help and guidance, I'm at your service. And that's how I can dig into things even more, again, specific and individualized and really help you take things to the next level.

So with that being said, I want to make a couple quick suggestions.

Like I really, really want to educate.

So I'm putting more science-based information out there.

And I'm putting more experience-based information out there.

And I'm putting more information based on what my clients are doing.

So I'm really, really trying to push the free content side of things.

And I'm putting a lot of effort, guys.

Like, I spend time on these posts to make sure that you were getting a lot out of it.
