when we look at things in our lives that aren't bringing us joy, my dad used to say,

joy is the indicator whether something is correct or not.

And so he even used joy to determine in creating technologies whether something is right or not.

We'd have two different materials or we'd have two different, you know, two different,

you know, laser mounts or whatever they were.

And, you know, which one are we supposed to, you know, use, you know, here, you know, and he would say,

whichever makes you feel joyful inside, because joy is a resonant frequency that is really

a compass needle that guides us, you know, in the direction that we need to go.
