0:45.6	the crux of it every time we post something about LGBT rights that's not directly
0:51.7	connected to religion necessarily, but here here's a gay couple
0:55.6	that's been discriminated against and hey it's a Christian baker or whatever. But even if when
1:00.8	religion's not necessarily involved, do you have people chiming in in the comments saying,
1:04.6	what does this have to do with atheism? As if I'm not allowed to post anything, if it's not directly related.
1:09.7	There's laws about blocks? I know. And so the response I always want to give is like if you're
1:14.9	talking about LGBT-Q rights, the only reason we don't have equal rights is
1:20.7	because, almost always,
1:22.7	it's because of religious beliefs.
1:25.2	Religious people trying to block them,
1:26.8	evangelicals trying to block them.
1:28.9	I've occasionally heard of atheists
1:31.5	making the argument that gay people
1:32.8	shouldn't be allowed to get married.
