expected the kinds of restrictions and regulations

and shutdowns and curtailments that we saw in 2020.

And even when things open up to more or less the way they were before

in terms of business,

there are certain behavioral changes people have made

that are likely to be permanent in some cases.

So how do we take that into account

if we want to prosper in the future?

we can operate that aren't subject to the whims of a doctor Fauci?
