You know, I want to talk a little bit about the books you've written,

and want to talk more about your radio program.

But we want to get into some questions about ministry.

This is a big question for believers, especially as they're trying to find their way through figuring out what's my place in the church.

And obviously, your heart is to raise people up, train them up,

and to multiply, right, discipleship, teaching others what we've received,

as Paul talked to Timothy about.

But Mike, how does someone know if they're called to full-time vocational ministry?

Obviously, we're all called the minister to serve in the church.

We all have a part in the body.

But when it comes to like full-time vocational ministry,

how would you encourage someone to go about finding out if that's what they're called to do?
