Now, obviously we know on the social media realm, there are negative elements we've been

touching on that.

Can you highlight some of the positive ones, right?

I mean, this is a part of your livelihood and what you do.

It's a part of what we do as a ministry as well, but how are some of the ways that Christians

can steward social media from the positive standpoint?

Can I mention one more negative before we go to the positive?

Is that okay?

You can mention ten more negatives.

You know what?

Well, once we go to the positive side and I want to bring the conversation down by getting

negative again.

And there are a number of negatives and we've thought about these things as articles

online, people are talking about this often.

But one thing that really concerns me particularly post-2020 is that we're seeing the erosion

of community and when church went online and people were watching livestreams, the accelerated

pace of people adopting digital technology, audiobooks, podcasts, all of this sort of thing,

this upcoming generation doesn't have an appreciation for in person embodied community

worship and we're cold, not to neglect the gathering together of the saints.

And there are many, many people that when they think about what a local church is, they

don't see the distinction between online church, virtual church and embodied worship with

a group of people where they're apostas that know your name, who will give an account
