It's Tiffany and welcome back to another episode of Raise Your Hands Say Yes.

Before I dive into this week's episode, which is really an introduction to a series that I'm going to be doing, which I haven't done a series in

a while and kind of excited about that. I just wanted to say a quick thank you to everybody

who reached out with a really kind thoughts after last week's episode where I talked with

Aaron Cassidy, my former collaborator and current collaborator,

but just in a different form, with all of your kind words about the changes that we're making

and we had so many people thank us for having, you know, a real kind of transparent conversation

about what actually goes into creative business and what goes into making decisions.

And, you know, I really appreciate hearing how much you appreciated it because, you know,

it is a little bit vulnerable talking about that stuff.

And when we finally went live with it, there were some nerves.

And Aaron and I both were like, oh my God,

what are we doing? Because people don't really talk about this stuff publicly, right? And my take is

always like, well, if no one's talking about it, I'll talk about it. So it felt good to be

able to put that out there. So thank you everybody who reached out and shared that.
