What's going on man? Dude, life's good. I can say that.

Yeah.

What's good about it?

Well, I started a new workout and it's a lot more intense than what I was doing even just like two weeks ago.

And so I'm more tired, but at the same time I fall asleep like a baby without all my

melatonin.

The candy dish doesn't need to be refilled anymore. That's right. Yeah, I'm just out. It's weird. I haven't slept like that in a while.

So I've been sleeping good too, mostly because of my crazy travel schedule. I was in band in Oregon over the weekend playing golf with 23 of my closest friends getting rained on and sideways sleeted on and drinking too much.

While you're golfing?

Oh hell yeah man, we go in the off season to Bandin, okay?

Bandin is like this unbelievable,

like super spectacular place.

It's impossible to get to, like we fly to Portland

and drive four hours out to the coast.

It's in the middle of nowhere. but it's it's super beautiful and it's like

40% of the normal cost when you go in the wintertime and that's because there's like about an 80% chance that

you're going to get some pretty nasty weather at some point during your trip.

So like yeah the first day it was just like a monsoon and then the second day it was

sideways stinging like sleet for a few of the

hours but we're out there all day like all day every day as long as their sun out

we're out there doing it we play a bunch of matches and stuff it's really it's just fun I do it every year it's awesome that's cool yeah it's an adventure I look
