community on today's episode.

We can't do this alone.

We hear that all the time, right?

You can't do it alone.

And that's absolutely true.

But what if you are alone? what if you're not but you feel alone? I am part of

several sober groups on Facebook and I often hear the same thing from people all over the world.

They say, but I don't have any sober friends where I live.

Yeah, if you think you're the only one whose thought or said that, you are sorely mistaken.

I went to Sansbar a couple of Fridays ago. It's the

sober pop-up bar in Austin, Texas that I've talked about. I drove three hours in the

rain to spend two hours there and guys it was pretty awesome it really

was I was excited to meet the owner Chris who was on episode 15 of recovery

happy hour I also brought my best friend with me. She lives in Austin. She's a

normal drinker and we met people there in the recovery community and also some

people who just don't drink. And of all the nights to be there, Aaron from the insanely popular Instagram account,

Tell Better Stories 2018 happened to be there too.

If you're a regular listener of the podcast, Aaron was on episode 8. She lives in Alabama, but there are no accidents, and she happened to be in Austin on business the same night I was in town.
