And today I'm going to inject a little bit of optimism into your life with the help of my friend Remy who's going to join me in a moment.

0:29.0

Remy, if you're unfamiliar with him, is a brilliantly funny comedian and a funny funny comedian to boot who I'm bringing on to the

0:35.9

podcast for the first time and we're going to talk about some of the good

1:38.2

I'm more in the deep breathing camp.

1:39.5

I think Remy probably is as well.

1:41.2

And so we're going to be exploring some of the kinder gentler statistics

1:45.3

which are marking the world right now and perhaps give you a reprieve from all of the nasty things
