So today's episode is going to be an exercise in navigating challenging emotions like

anxiety. And a few episodes back, we introduced an exercise in navigating anxious thoughts. So

today's episode is a bit of a sister episode, if you will. Yay sisters. So sometimes we know exactly why we're feeling anxious.

We're very aware of the scary thoughts passing through our mind.

But sometimes anxiety or even panic can come out of the blue.

We're sitting there, minding our own business, and boom, a wave of uneasiness comes,

So this exercise, called rain, can be particularly helpful in those situations.
