Today we have an interview with my good friend, Brian Borstein.

Brian is a very, very intelligent strength coach.

He came from the, actually he came from the bodybuilding realm, then into the CrossFit realm,

going really deep, opening up a CrossFit gym, working with some CrossFit games athletes,

also working with NFL players, bodybuilders, bikini-style athletes, even John Cena, so some

really big names. And then he started transitioning into what he calls the evolved training

system, which is something that I really jive with and something that sees, and me and him

just see very, very eye to eye on

damn near everything when it comes to strength training. In fact, that's why I would call him a good

friend now because we actually just met. We were acquaintances and we knew each other just through

mutual friends and Facebook and Instagram and things like that. And then we got on the call

and just fucking hit it off. So I had to start recording right away because everything we were talking about was so on

And we have such a similar style of programming.

But the cool thing about it is that we kind of come from two different worlds.
