We are got a bunch of things we're going to talk about today, but I think in some ways

the overriding theme is that we are moving into the Democrats' sort of season of discontent

right now.

And sometimes those seasons end up being like an interlude in the unfolding of a drama

where other good things come into the future or not, right?

And I think there's one thing I want to talk about is there's just all of this collective

mix of uncertainty about what's going on with this infrastructure thing.

I mean, at some level, I mean, we did a briefing yesterday with Sky Adam Jentelson.

I found it very informative.

I think you will too.

You know, what's going on with the Philbusters, anything going to happen on that front?

What's going on with infrastructure?

I think there's part of it is just kind of like literally what is going on?

Like what is the plan?

Not like you don't have a good plan, but like what are we even talking about?

And people on the left of the party are starting to say like, you know what, we're not going

to leave this just up to like Kyrsten Sinema and Joel Manchin and like John Tester, we're

here too.

And like you're not going to go off in a room with five other Republicans and kind of decide

this.
