Well, apparently we no longer do individual justice in this country.

The typical way we do justice is there is a big social media coverage of an event.

And if that event has the right narrative hallmarked, then we demand prosecution of the person and then prosecutors just do it.

That's the way we do this thing.

We don't investigate crimes and determine whether the actions actually fit the requisite

elements of the crime.

Instead, we determine that something is just so hot in the social media sphere and has generated

so many protests that somebody must be prosecuted whether or not that person's activities

Now Daniel Penny is going to be charged.

Jordan Neely has a, he had an arrest record as long as your arm, 40 plus arrests.

There was an outstanding warrant on Jordan Neely for punching a 67-year-old woman in the face.
