We've been hearing a lot lately about the need for a second wave

of lockdowns because we've had rises and cases

at a number of places and this just goes to show how stupid

and backward these robes are and we need to take their freedoms

away again and all that.

So I want to go through exactly what's going on.

Now, I have a quick thing I want to first say about South Carolina.

And then I want to spend some time in particular on Texas

and then maybe a couple of other places

because it will really take your breath away

to see how they've contrived a crisis out of what's happening.
