0:00.0	Hi friends. Welcome to the Wabi-Sabi podcast and good morning. This is episode number 168. I usually don't record straight in the mornings because I love being productive. I wake up. I hang out with my cat. I meditate. I make matcha and I reset my for, I try to do like two, three hours before

0:48.9	trying to be a bit more real when it comes to the struggles that I'm having because I found out
0:56.6	that we're all going through the same thing together, which is not unique. It seems to be the
1:02.3	way of the world. I mean, we're all seeing the world unfold at the same rate, but we sometimes
1:08.6	have different things that we're going through at different times.
1:11.6	There's a couple things that we can focus on today for self-development growth and just wabi
1:17.5	one of them is a post I did. I'm wearing a blue yoga top and black pants and I'm holding a
1:25.5	match a cup. And I want to read some of the comments that
1:29.2	came with this post because I was actually kind of shocked at how many of you understood what I was
1:36.1	talking about. And I also said to myself, oh my gosh, these people get it. You get it. You get the same
1:42.6	struggles that I'm going through and you want to
1:44.9	see something new as well. The other thing I want to talk about today is the word earnest.
1:51.0	Ernest came up with somebody that's very close to me. I hadn't had like a deep conversation
1:58.5	with this person in a while when it comes to personal development,
2:04.4	life struggles, and going through like healing and growth. So I want to read the definition of
2:10.1	earnest for all of you. Resulting from or showing sincere and intense conviction.
2:18.3	Ernest people are very serious and sincere in what they say or do,
2:23.9	because they think that their actions and beliefs are important.
