better. You've probably learned by now that you can't really force your kids to eat a certain way

all of the time, especially as they get older. You're also not going to be around them all the time,

and they're going to eat food that you're not even aware of and have no control over.

It can be hard to watch your child eat in unhealthy ways, especially when you've seen yourself do the same for so long.

I know you so badly want what's best for them and for them to practice healthy eating habits.
