Today I want to talk to all of you business babes about how the stories we tell ourselves can really overcomplicate things and make what we're trying to do in our businesses really difficult. But it doesn't have to be that way. What if we just let it be easy? That's the question we're digging into today, so let's dive in!

0:57.0	But also, ditch your mom bottom, work out.
0:59.4	Don't yell, make more money, show up, be better.
1:02.6	But not at the expense of time with your kids.
1:05.2	I am putting a hard stop to all of this.
1:08.2	While being a mom, running a business,
1:09.9	and whatever else you might have going on is hard,
1:12.4	and it is a lot, and there's lots of giving of yourself.
