The topic for today is investing, which I feel like we have been talking about a lot lately, but that's because we are hearing from all of you that you want to be able to own this part of your life, that you want to be able to do it better.

And we have said this before, we will say it again, women are great at this.

It's not just our opinion, it is a fact. When women invest, we are more

likely to outperform men by about 40 basis points or 4 tenths of one percent on average. We also save more and when you

combine those two things you get an extra quarter million dollars in your

retirement portfolio if you do it consistently. The key though is

that many of us are just not investing. Many of us are leaving far too much money in cash. Women overall we invest 40% less money

than men do and when it comes to millennial women about 47% consider money to be the most stressful

thing in their lives. It's time for all of that to change and Aaron Lowry is here to help us do that. We are happy to have
