Summary

This call is about self-love and overcoming self-induced judgments. Anneke calls in for guidance about how she can start being her true self. She vulnerably opens up about the fear that comes up when she compares herself to others and her feelings of loneliness. We cover a lot of ground in this session including how she can make a transition into full, authentic self-expression. This is the very first coaching episode of this podcast that originally aired on Oct 22, 2015.

Welcome to Over It and On With It. I'm your host, Christine Hasler, and for over a decade I've been a life coach, speaker, and author.

Each week you'll hear me work directly with a caller as I coach them through a goal they want to accomplish or an

0:23.3

obstacle they may be facing. I'll provide a blend of practical and spiritual

0:27.0

advice as well as tangible actions you can apply to your own life. Now let's get

on with the episode.

Hi everybody and oh my gosh I totally have goosebumps and I'm teary as I'm recording this. So October 22nd 2015 is when

0:49.9

over it and on with it premiered. I cannot believe it's already been three years and I've done

0:56.8

162 coaching episodes. And so when I was thinking about how I wanted to celebrate the anniversary, two things came to mind.

1:07.0

The first is I wanted to have a little contest, have a way where I could reward my amazing listeners and try because without all of you

1:15.7

this show wouldn't be possible and I have to tell you something when people

1:20.3

ask me because I do a lot of things I speak I write I lead retreats what my

1:24.6

favorite thing about my business is I say this podcast it's true I love it

1:30.9

so so much I love everything I do but there's just something super special about this I think

1:38.5

because it's it's rare I don't think there's another podcast out there like this. If there is let me know where people are coached live on the air and it's completely unproduced.

1:49.0

We don't scout the talent or anything like that. I don't know anything about people other

1:53.6

than their name and a brief description of their question before we get on and it's

1:57.9

unedited unless there's a weird sound or I cough or something like that it's completely raw and so if you've been listening

2:06.4

since the beginning you have heard 162 like real live coaching sessions oh it just occurred to me. There is another

2:14.8

podcast out there like this. One of my favorite people Esther Perrell does couples

2:19.8

counseling. It's a little more produced than this. She probably has a bigger budget, but it's very similar.
