Hi everybody and welcome to a very special edition of Coaches Corner.

This is a deeply personal episode for me. I get personal. I'm sharing someone who means a great

deal to me personally and we're talking about a topic I'm deeply passionate

about healing, specifically sexual healing. Who is this person? Her name is

Dr. Heika Joy Hudson and her work is dedicated to those who are ready to release

guilt, shame, and trauma around their bodies and sexuality to become confident,

empowered, happy, and radiant, embodied people.

Dr Heika Hudson is a doctor of naturopathy, clinical sexologists, and one of San Diego's leading

somatic experts, relationship coaches, and the founder of the embodied woman.

She and her husband Jonathan, they worked together,

were my biggest healers last year.

So I heard about Heika and Jonathan

when I had lunch with a friend of mine and I

seen her in a few months and she walked in and I said whoa what have you been

doing she just looked so incredibly radiant and felt so free. She really looked embodied. I didn't have the word for it at the time, but she just looked so at peace with her life with herself she was

just glowing and I asked her like I said what have you done she said, I've been working with these healers, Jonathan and

Haika. And it was a time in my life where I was just really surrendering,

really surrendering and allowing the universe to lead me, and I really had a strong intention

to be free of any pain that was still holding me back.

And I had this internal nudge that I had to work with she and Jonathan.

And we'll talk a little bit about my work with them in the interview, but it was the

rawest, often most difficult, challenging, but liberating work I have ever done in my life.
