Hello hello, how are you doing?

So at the time that I'm recording this I'm about to head off to

Sao Paulo in Brazil for one of our Abesties weddings and so by the time this

episode comes out which is on December 6th 2019 I will already be out there

so I'm very excited especially as well because aside from the wedding I actually

get to meet up with a few of you guys who reached out and said hey yes let's

hang out and have a cup of tea. So whoohoo now before I get into today's topic which

is part two of last week's episode about comparison.

I also have another little bit of news,

which is that I didn't think I was going to be able

to have an event here in London

before the end of the year,

but it turns out that I am going to be able to because my friend

is running a pop-up shop in Central London. She runs something called Janet's List, which curates brands and product that have been created by women of color.

This is the second time she's running her very successful pop-up here in London,

and she also ran one in Amsterdam where I gave a talk a couple of months ago.

I'm going to be giving that same talk on self-care, resilience and boundary setting, the

busy women addition, although I want to stress that actually, guys are more than welcome.

My brother came to the one in Amsterdam,

and I know you might think he's biased, but he said he got a hell of a lot out of it.
