| 1:58.0 | I didn't know if I even knew what a blog was. It's so crazy. It feels so much longer than 12 years in some way. |
| 2:07.0 | It feels like I can't imagine Gretchen Ruben life before blog. It's hard to remember. |
| 2:14.0 | Well, that's the way this was so many things. It feels like it's been very brief and then also, like, since the dawn of time, it's weird how things are like that. |
| 2:21.0 | But so, look at this week, I tried this at a home tip. I think we have to say this one comes from the department of the obvious, but it's something that's worth really shining a spotlight on because it really works. |
| 2:33.0 | And you really regret it if you do not follow this, try this home, which is right it down. If you have an important thought, write it down. |
| 2:42.0 | Yes, if you care to remember something, put it down on a piece of paper, a phone somewhere, write it down. |
| 2:50.0 | Don't delay, write it down right away. And I listed this happen in kind of a super meta way, even with this idea of the try this at home because you and I were talking in a separate conversation just amongst ourselves. |
