0:05.5

guest is the one and only Gunner Peterson, the man behind the Hollywood hard body. Gunner Peterson is

0:13.4

very well known because he is the Los Angeles Lakers director of Strength and Endurance. So he is the guy

0:18.6

behind the scenes in the gym training the Los Angeles Lakers,

0:22.7

the professional basketball team.

0:23.8

But he's also really well known because he has trained a ton of different celebrities,

0:27.4

1:11.2

training is being personable. Like if you're not liked, then how are you going to be successful?

1:15.1

But the cool thing about this episode is that you see why he is able to train these celebrities

1:21.2

and professional athletes and train at such a high caliber. And it's not because he knew somebody

1:25.6

and he just wheezzled his way into the industry,

1:28.4

it's because he's extremely good at what he does.

1:30.8

This guy is extremely knowledgeable and he takes training super seriously.

1:34.6

And like he mentions in the podcast, he doesn't want to get out of the gym.
