Summary

This conversation is for anyone who will go through menopause, is currently going through menopause, or who has already gone through menopause. Dr. Suzanne Gilberg-Lenz is my personal gynecologist and I trust her completely with the information she shares in this episode about the changes that women go through biologically, hormonally, physically, and emotionally. She's recently published Menopause Bootcamp: Optimize Your Health, Empower Your Self, and Flourish As You Age. In this conversation we talk about her path to this work that combines holistic and modern medicine and her compassion and mission to help other women find the answers they need for this next stage of life. Don't be scared by the "m" word. This conversation (and this information) is helpful, thoughtful, practical, and important.
