So today, I'm really excited because I did this a long time ago. I probably did about a year and a half ago where a lot of you had asked me, what is my routine? What's my routine? For some reason, as women, we just love to hear other women's routines, even though it might not fit our particular lives. But I want to tell you this. If you are a mom who noticed that since you are a mom, you cannot do anything for yourself.

You don't have any time for yourself. Even using the bathroom alone seems to be something that is

no longer private. And I totally get that. As you guys know, I'm a licensed educator. I have five kids.

So I'm here. I'm homeschooling my kids. I'm also teaching and educating women online and doing
