When you’re waiting for news, for an answer, for closure… how are you patient, how do you get through the day, what do you occupy your mind with?
This wonderful question came from a member of our Elegant Excellence Community.
I shared the spontaneous teaching you’ll hear in this episode, and am following it up with thoughts through the lens of my brother-in-law’s accident that hadn’t yet happened when I shared this original teaching.

1:50.1 | today's conversation was inspired by another time, a little while back, when I shared some |
1:56.8 | the else on stories. And it was, can anyone relate to this? And hello, over 90% of us are here and |
2:04.6 | are having the same experience. And the question at that point was, do you feel like you are waiting |
2:11.6 | for something? Do you feel like you are in a story or a season of waiting? And almost everyone was |
2:19.3 | in this season. And I'd pose that question because it had come up inside the Align excellence |
2:26.2 | community. And today is the first time in a podcast episode where I'm pulling a teaching from inside |
