This is going to be a, I've already recorded this episode.

It's a very powerful episode.

It's about 40 minutes of me going through my own feminine masculine journey, how I'm integrating

these energies, how it's helping me.

Ironically enough going into the feminine is helping me become more masculine.

Understanding kind of the shadow work of my parents growing up, how that caused certain

patterns in my life.

Also I go through spiral dynamics and I go through it and I share with you a model of

way of understanding the world and people.

It'll change your life simply knowing it.

I guarantee I really believe that.

But at a certain point, once we go through a spiritual awakening, what happens is we flip

sexual, like not sexual polarity.

We flip the energies, the masculine feminine energies inside of us.

We flip so that we can go into it to heal it and integrate it.

So women, many times, will go into the masculine archetype called the animus in their body

and men will go into the anima in their body, which is the feminine archetype to heal it.

That's what I'm going through in my life right now is I'm healing the feminine wound that

I had from growing up, from having my ex-step mom in my life.
