And I don't know if I've ever shared this story with you. But I wanted to share it because I think

when it brings tears to my eyes every time I talk about it. But it's about how to show up for someone

when they're experiencing stress or pain or sadness or negative emotions.

And I want to tell you a story that was shared by my pastor when I was in college and my

undergrad.

So this was like 20 years ago.

And this story still sticks with me every time I tell it.

And actually, I reached out to him and I emailed him.

And I ended up getting his personal assistant because he was a pastor.

I think he still is of like a megachurch.
