I was so excited out.

Thanks so much for joining us today.

I know that you have tuned in at just the right time and God's God a word for you.

I am so enjoying our series on having amazing faith.

I've got myself fired up, so you know that that's a good sign.

I'm fired up about a faith that amazes God.

You know the Bible tells us in the book of Proverbs chapter three, verses five and six,

that we had a trust in the Lord with all of your heart and lean not on your own understanding,

on your own understanding, acknowledge Him in all of your ways and He will direct your path.

You know that used to be a really nice Sunday school scripture that you thought,

we're going to sing our little song, trust in the Lord with all your heart.

But I have learned to rely on that scripture like nothing else because the truth is to have an amazing faith.

Faith is actually predicated on trust, not understanding.

And so a lot of us, we think if I just understood more, then I would have more faith.

And I'm saying no, if you just trust it more, then you would have more faith.

But the problem is most of us are control freaks.

Now you're not, but you know people like me, we are control freaks and we want everything to fit into a really nice formula
