It is Wednesday, May 26, 2021, and we are back at Menace to Sports.

I apologize for the, I guess, the vacation.

We had a major, major issue in it with our website.

We had a hundred major issues.

So I'm not going to bore you with all the details, but we had computer crashes,

studio who was shut down.

Then we had our website crash.

We had to rebuild the whole thing.

It's been just interesting.

But when it happened, I made a decision.

It's all bore you with a little personal information.

I made a decision to kind of focus on my own mental health, physical health,

and just kind of challenge my routine, right?

Change and enhance my daily, weekly routine.

And really spend some time with my kids.

My kids are in full on sports right now, which takes up, I mean, all your free time.

Any parents out there know travel baseball, softball.

I mean, it's just it's nonstop.

My three year old now is playing soccer.

So we had to add that in the mix.

But it's been, it's been unbelievable.

I've lost 25 pounds in really five weeks.
