This week I offer some remedies to spinning in resolution-setting so you can commit to the changes you want to make this year.

| 1:50.9 | is all about. It's all about setting ourselves up for an awful lot of |
| 1:55.4 | ouch by believing that changing with date on the calendar means we will |
| 1:59.4 | magically be different people with different behaviors who take different actions just like that. |
| 2:05.0 | Pof. And what I've been musing on is how we can unwittingly course, use this process of setting resolutions as a buffer against our own |
