| 0:10.0 | Hello, hope you're having a fantastic day, a fantastic week, and a great month and fall. |
| 0:25.4 | I can't believe it's almost the end of October already. |
| 0:29.4 | My kids got their Halloween costumes this week. |
| 0:32.4 | My older two liked to go to party city and look at the wall of possible costumes and pick something out. |
| 0:40.4 | So we did that, and then my two-year-old son Oliver is really into the movie Frozen, and so he wants to be Christoph for Halloween. |

| 2:27.4 | So these are true lies, because on the one hand, there's truth to them, and on the other hand, they're just thoughts. They're not facts. |
| 2:37.4 | I am not sharing these to tell you how to raise your kids, or what you should tell your kids, you know far better than I do, but to tell your kids. |
