I invited Tanya on today because she does a lot of work around this idea of the imposter complex. And Tanya, I love what you have to say about it. And it's something that I find for my clients and I think creative women in general have a lot of so many,

like so many holdups around this idea of the imposter complex.

Can you, how would you describe the imposter complex in a nutshell?

It's anytime you hear yourself attributing your success to luck or chance or anything beyond your

talent your skill your efforts or worthiness that is the imposter complex it's it's that quality

that fear that it's just a matter of time before they find that you're not as capable as they

once imagined then that's the imposter complex it shows up in lots of it's just a matter of time before they find out you're not as capable as they once imagined,

then that's the imposter complex. It shows up in lots of, it shows up in lots of different ways.

We know where it shows up the loudest and the proudest and all of the evidence that it shows

you that you're not ready yet. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
