0:47.1	listened to the interview yet, but it's already done. And I just loved it. I loved it for so many
0:51.4	reasons. One, you're going to meet a couple of amazing women
0:56.0	who have been through so much, but are so relatable. And they formed a beautiful friendship
1:02.5	during Mom Goes On that I know neither one of them expected and that I really loved hearing about.
1:09.0	And I hope that as you listen to them and their story, what you
1:13.1	will take away from it is if they can do it, I can do it, right? I know sometimes you listen to
1:19.6	interviews on this podcast in particular, and I know this because people tell me. And some of my
1:26.3	clients have gone on to do some really amazing things. And you use that
1:30.0	against yourself, right? And you tell yourself things like, oh, I don't think I could do something
1:35.5	that big. I don't think that's possible for me. Maybe there's something wrong with me. You know,
1:40.0	big things must be possible for other widows, but probably not me, or there must be something
1:45.1	special about them that I don't have. And that is the exact opposite of what I want you to hear when you
1:51.6	listen to these interviews. What I want you to hear is that women like Julie and women like Carrie,
1:58.0	they didn't even necessarily have big aspirations before they came into the program, right?
2:04.5	They were just in a place where they wanted more and they didn't like what was happening
