Special day today we have our good friend Mr. Joe DeFranco.

And Joe is the founder and owner of the world famous DeFranco's gym. He's worked with probably every, you know, every major great athlete you've had a hand in them or one of their competitors, somebody on the field

at the same time. You've worked with athletes from all 32 teams in the NFL, which is amazing.

MLB, NBA, WWUFC, Olympic high school, college, all Americans from, you know, every athlete,

every stage you've worked with everybody,

every body type, which is awesome.

And something else, aside from your coaching prowess, is your business side in, you know,

being the grandfather of the garage gym, essentially.

I don't know if anyone's giving you that term, but I'm going to give you that term right now, and hopefully it sticks because it's true, man. You were able to produce Olympic

caliber results in what, a 400 square foot room. So everybody, here's Joe DeFranco.

500. It was bigger than you've been giving me

credit for 500 a whopping 500 square feet and uh it was actually a storage closet which is funny

it's not just like a that's awesome a term i used because it was small it was actually a storage

closet in the back of an existing health club that they

were, you know, they threw some old equipment that was broken and some furniture, office furniture

that was old and rusty. They threw it all in that back room. I cleaned it out and I turned

it into a business. Wow. And what year was that?

Early 2003.
