We get it—we’re all busy. Life is full with work and family, with hard and good things. And we don’t always make space to intentionally process the important stuff, like faith. Like eternity. But if Christianity is true, shouldn’t we carefully consider its significance? If Jesus really lived and died and rose again, what [...]

Well, hey friends and welcome back to the messy table, an ordinary space for real women,

0:05.4

imperfect stories, and the God who's at work in our mess. And if you've ever joined us before,

0:10.9

you know that most of the time the content that comes out of this podcast is us interviewing

0:16.4

some incredible women about their powerful stories and how God's been at work in the details of

0:21.8

their mess. But occasionally, we also take some intentional time to zoom in on not just God

0:28.2

1:18.5

living in and all that is still to come. So even if you consider yourself a follower of Christ,

1:25.2

man, it's so easy to get distracted or discouraged and forget why we

1:29.0

believe what we believe or why it matters or what's at stake. Or if you're not a Christian,

1:34.5

not a believer, or you just haven't really taken the time to think long and hard about what you

1:38.2

believe. First, please know that you are so welcome here. And second, I think you might still find that these claims are worth

1:45.9

considering. By the way, if we've never had the chance to meet, my name is Jen Jewel, and I have the

1:51.8

honor of hosting this faith-fueled conversation-style podcast, where we are also partnered with the

1:57.3

women of my church, Life Church, where we're also huge fans of the U-Version
