But what I went through, and now specifically, I did not take benzos.

I was not a benzo user, so I can't really speak to that.

I use an anti-depressant and SSRI called PAXIL, P-A-X-I-L, here in the U.S.

But I took PAXIL.

I took it for the nine and a half years or so between 1986 and 2005.
