I think it is connection to self. It's our own life force energy that we are so cut off from.

Hence why so many women feel disenfranchised, feel numb,

reached for the bottle, you know, in the pantry, all hours of the night.

They're craving something, but what they're craving, they can't fulfill because it's not in those

things. It's in themselves. They're actually craving themselves. And it is so beautifully divine.

It's fascinating to me that we have shamed women to the point of not wanting to touch themselves,

not wanting to look at that any kind of intimacy is not intimacy with self.

It's intimacy reserved for someone else to take or partake in with you. So we've really

conditioned women even the dancing, right? Like dancing has been performative or for the male gaze.

And so when we are raised that everything is done, like our bodies are for someone else's pleasure,

our dance is for someone to rate on a scale of one to ten. You can see how we do like get so cut

off and so shut down from our beautiful divine internal feminine light.
