May others take that step, even though it's scary,

take that step and to do what's right and let the chips fall where they may.

And God has taken care of us. Now obviously sometimes you go

all the way to the cross. I'm not saying that your life will be a bed of roses if you do

Once again I'm your tour guide Joseph back home welcoming you to another exercise

in taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ where we try to understand what's happening in the world and think

Christianly about it. Now, this exercise of course is not because the goal of our lives as believers is to think Christianly, it is to live Christianly,

and the purpose of thinking Christianly is so that we can do the right thing. Now my guest today has been walking this journey in a very

personal and public way. Peter Vlaming was a teacher in Virginia when he was

fired from his job for refusing to use preferred pronouns.

Recently, the Virginia Supreme Court ruled that his firing was illegal because the decision not to use preferred pronouns is protected by the Constitution's free speech guarantees.

Now, why was this hill he was willing to die on and what has this experience taught him?

He joins me today along with his attorney Tyson Lenghoffer, who's senior council at the
