I'm bringing back Lacey Young.

And Lacey, for those of y'all who don't know, is a meditation teacher and a retreat leader

and also a dear friend of mine.

And one of my most downloaded guests, which is really interesting.

And one of the things that you'll hear Lacey and I talk about in this episode is listening
