Today we have a returning guest, Robin benin casa and i'm really excited

to have her here today when we last spoke with robin was all the way back on episode 84 and you may

recall robin was an adventure racer for many years and on the the best adventure racing in the world. Just an amazing story. And

episode 84 talks a lot about that. Robin developed some severe arthritis in her hips and had some

hip replacements that forced her out of the adventure racing, but she wasn't ready to quit

adventuring. So she took up long distance paddling and set world records as a long-distance

paddler. But I also want to spend a lot of time today talking about Project Athena, which is a

wonderful organization that Robin has put together that encourages everyday people who are recovering

from challenging illnesses in their lives and things like that to come back out stronger

than they were before and accomplish amazing feats. And so Robin is an inspiration to us all.
