I want to emphasize: The importance of community and relationships The need for boundaries in friendships The challenges that come with maintaining healthy relationships The different levels of friendships Friendship is not codependency In some cases we can find ourselves looking at our friends and thinking; “what the heck?” That’s because we don’t have a clear definition of what “friend" means and we’ve given access to the wrong people into our friendship circles.
