This week, I’ll be discussing the importance of drawing clear boundaries and how they can elevate your life. There have been instances where I have allowed my boundaries to be crossed - like a tiny incident I had at an airport. That and other experiences have taught me to be very aware of when my boundaries are being crossed. In this episode, you will walk away knowing: The need for clear boundaries Finding healing through grieving How God created boundaries to bring order out of chaos Consequences for broken boundaries We will also explore the different types of boundaries, including physical: sexual, emotional, spiritual, and financial boundaries. Establishing healthy boundaries can lead to personal growth, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of self.
