0:19.1	long so we're going to get to it today and that is this.
0:22.2	We are never learning how to float except and surrender in the face of abuse or in
0:29.2	abusive relationships.
0:31.8	And I have come to realize that the things that we talk about here on the podcast, that
0:36.2	are things that I write about in my books, things that we talk about in the social media
0:40.0	community, floating, accepting, facing, surrendering, all that stuff.
0:43.9	These are the ways that we learn how to deal with a rational fear, right?
0:48.1	Fear that is real but that actually doesn't have a basis underneath it.
0:51.8	This is how we learn to deal with these things.
0:53.2	This is how we address our anxiety disorders.
0:55.5	And yes, these skills that we learn in addressing our anxiety disorders can come in handy
1:00.0	in a lot of different parts of life.
1:01.9	However, not every part of life calls for floating, accepting, surrendering and like being

1:09.6	That's just a misconception that is not true.
1:11.9	And it is especially not true in the case of abuse and abusive relationships.
