No intensity for me today. Two interviews, two classic ones to me, a big trend following one that

helped put this podcast on the map, and a big fitness one, which I really like. And unfortunately,

the guest on the fitness episode is no longer with us. He was quite the legend.

The content of the debate is not so important, but one of the reactions was really interesting.

I was ahead on the facts scorecard.

The person that was talking with me was not aware of all the facts.

And many times when the facts are not on your side, it devolves into an emotional attack.

Usually the emotional attack on me.

So if I'm just putting the facts out there, it can cause some people to get unnerved.

Long story short, this person said to me, well, you know, I don't want to be like you.

I don't want to be, you're going to be an angry old man.

You're not going to listen to anybody.

You're not going to be open to this and open to that and i thought it was a really interesting comeback you're going to be an angry

old man you're not going to listen to anyone you're going to be too set in your ways this was a person

that doesn't listen to my podcast i am so fortunate to bring on such a diversity of guests.

There's almost no way.

I mean, yeah, I've got my point of view and all that kind of fun stuff.
