Welcome to another episode of Just Listen to Yourself with Kira Davis.

I am your host, Kira Davis, and this is the podcast where we take hot topics, hot button issues,

and we discuss their talking points on those issues.

We draw them out all the way to their logical conclusion. You know how we do it. This is an exercise in critical thinking. This is an exercise in persuasion. And today I'm

switching gears just a little bit. I would say this is more of an evergreen episode. It's one of those

things that you could listen to no matter what's going on.

Usually what's been happening lately is other topics are coming up and I feel that they need to be

addressed. I'm pushing the evergreen content further and further down the road. So this is one of those

evergreen shows. You can play it whenever. Now, a couple of things I want to

mention. I am, first of all, I'm talking through new teeth, which is weird. Like, I finally got

all of my caps on my upper row of teeth. I just, I have terrible teeth. I always have part of it's

genetic. And I, and, you know, I think it's foolish of me not to pretend that part of it isn't that I eat a lot of sugar, always have.

And, you know, I don't treat my health very well.

So, you know, just a little honesty there.
