0:20.4 | hello. Welcome. Thank you so much for joining me |
0:22.9 | today. It is just me this week with a solo episode. I'm going to be talking about overwhelm, |
0:31.1 | overwhelm, which I'm pretty sure the majority of humans in the Western world can relate to. I was thinking about this earlier |

1:49.7 | come crashing down around us. So signs of overwhelm might be that you are overthinking things a lot |
1:57.5 | and your mind is always busy. You've got so much on your plate that you can't |
2:01.4 | really, or it seems like you can't switch off. It might be that you're snapping with your partner |
