She said to me, Jodie, this was really scary after we got done recording. She said this was really scary, but what got me through it is I kept telling myself this is going to help someone.

And I was willing to do it if I knew it would help someone. And I know this will help anyone of you listening, especially though if you have a young child struggling with depression or many other things going on.
